At the end of a hectic week at school, we all rushed to the bus station in Concord to catch our bus to Logan. After a bit of confusion about which bus our group was supposed to take, we were off! Some Boston traffic meant that we were running late, but we still had enough time to have some food and charge phones before boarding the plane.
In the plane our seats in economy were pretty tight and most of us didn't sleep much (or at all!). Otherwise, everything went very smoothly and we didn't have any problems with passports, baggages, etc. After we went through customs we were greeted by a couple holding a sign that said "Welcome Peanut!" This was not a coincidence, but the friends of Kaitlynn's dad who live in Paris! Right behind them we found our bus driver who led us to our bus.
Our ride to Elbeuf went quickly and we were greeted by our exchange students and their families. The afternoon was filled with food, showers, naps, and some outings in the area with the exchange families. We are counting on the students to share their pictures with us so that we can add them to this blog!
